We deal with call outs on a case by case basis. We try our hardest to have quick response times, however this depends on the case and what needs to be done before we can send an engineer out to help.
We can often change replacement parts, which you can find out more about on our maintenance and repair cover page. Emergency repairs can often be fixed there and then for sliding gates, swing gates and most other automatic gates.

Our maintenance plans are also the most competitively priced in the South West, and we also tailor each one to the needs of the clients.

General Terms/Warranty
All automation equipment supplied and installed by Elex Gates & Barriers comes with a two year Manufacturer’s parts warranty. However, annual servicing is a requirement of this guarantee.
General Information The following may apply according to the installation selected:
During installation, considerable delays may occur to vehicular access in the installation area. Therefore, we recommend that alternative arrangements are made to keep use of the entrance to a minimum. No allowance is made for any permanent or special reinstatement of driveway, road or structural surfaces which may become necessary on completion of the installation, other than patch and repair with concrete, mortar or plaster as applicable.
Complaints Policy We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied. To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as possible, please refer to our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards. In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us in order that we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
